Steve contacted us because he had a problem with his hillside starting to slip at his house. The unstable soil was caused by a combination of the steep slope, and excess ground water that was not draining properly. Both problems were fixed by our installation of a Redi-Rock retaining wall. Steve chose the Ledgestone texture because he lived in a nice neighborhood and the HOA was very concerned with the aesthetics of the wall. The most interesting thing about this project is the massive blocks 3,400 pound blocks that we placed in the bottom of this wall to counter-act the pressures of the hillside behind it.
