We were contacted about building a retaining wall as a part of the parking improvements at one of the amazon facilities in Lexington, KY. The most interesting thing about this project is that during the excavation there was a cave discovered directly underneath the retaining wall footer. The cave had to be filled with #57 stone and layers of geo-grid before the wall was constructed. This wall was built using Redi-Rock Cobblestone face. this allowed us to construct the wall as a gravity system, and saved us time and money.
