Uni-first was a perfect opportunity to value engineer a poured-in-place concrete retaining wall over to a gravity modular block wall. Woodall Construction came to us with this value engineering opportunity, and it turned out to the the perfect candidate. In the end Foster Retaining Walls was able to complete the wall in half the time for a lower price than a traditional poured-in-place retaining wall.
