Summit at Fritz Farms is the first development of it's kind in Lexington, KY. The project combined high end residential apartments, luxury outlets, and upscale restaurants. Foster Retaining Walls was selected to build the retaining walls, and Verti-Block was selected as the product. This project consisted of 6 retaining walls adding up to 21,000 SF of block, one of which, was a 16 ft tall 700 ft long wall around a massive detention basin. "The Summit" is now the hot spot of Lexington, and we are proud to say we helped make it happen.
